Most advisors understand technology. Most understand engineering. Few have worked extensively in both.
I have worked inside industrial engineering processes and inside the digital systems intended to improve them. That perspective helps me see why technically successful AI projects often fail to create broader organizational change.
With a background spanning automotive R&D, engineering data, cloud platforms and AI-enabled delivery, I help leaders identify the constraints between promising technology and lasting operational impact.
I am independent of software and cloud vendors, so my recommendations are shaped by what the organization needs—not by a product or implementation to sell. Vendors too often present implementation as transformation. The result can be dependence on a platform without the internal capabilities and operating-model changes required for lasting impact.
As a native German speaker, I am especially well positioned to work with engineering and transformation leadership teams across the DACH region.
My focus is not adding more AI tools. It is helping engineering organizations reuse, connect and scale what works.
